Community Groups

Life is better together! God created us for community and we have chosen our small groups, called Community Groups, as the primary way we make disciples. A typical Group is made up of 5-12 people and meets every week for a time of fellowship, prayer, and Bible study (and sometimes food!). We want our Groups to be fun AND on mission of changing lives with the love and hope of Jesus. We have all kinds of Groups like Young Families, Adults, Couples, Men, and Women on almost every day of the week, including some morning Groups. For information or to find a Group, contact , Jim Herzberg at

Find a Group

First, we want to connect with you. A great step is what you are already doing-checking out our website! You can also find us on FaceBook and Twitter

(ONEMORE@EpicCChurch). If you choose to worship with us on a Sunday, we’d love it if you stopped by our Guest Info Table in the back of the room. If you have questions about connecting, contact our Administrator, Valerie Dominguez

Second, we want to invite you to serve with us! We believe that EVERY person is called and gifted to serve God, the people at Epic and the people in our community. We value serving on Sundays and Wednesdays at the church building  AND the rest of the week in our community and the world. Check out our Mission & Ministries page for all the opportunities to make a difference by clicking on the "Serve" button. Then contact the Team Leader for that Ministry and jump in!

Next, we want to help you love God and people more and help you become more like Jesus! The primary way we do that is through our small groups of 5-12 people called Community Groups. Serving, committing to attend

Sunday Services (or Wednesday Youth Group), your own spiritual disciples, one-on-one mentoring, and giving all contribute to your spiritual growth as well.

Finally, we are passionate about raising up Leaders to serve in our homes, in the workplace and for God’s Church. We believe that doing ministry is the best place to learn how to lead, so we primarily use the Apprentice Model instead of classroom time. We also have regular all-church and ministry area Leadership Gatherings to get to know, encourage, equip and pray for one another.
