At Epic, we are committed to doing everything we can to help parents lead kids in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ! We believe that the primary place where people learn to walk with Jesus is at home in their everyday lives. Our goal is to inspire, equip, and support families in bringing Christ into the center of their homes. We strive in our ministry programs to reaffirm the faith that children are learning at home and to make Sunday school so incredible for a child that he/she will grow up loving what happens when the family of God comes together to worship Jesus!

EPIC KIDZ ADVENTURELAND

Epic Kidz On Sundays

Nursery: (birth -18 mo) Our goal is to help your baby feel like church is a place of love, safety, and trust.  While it may take some getting used to (it’s tough to be away from Mom!) your littlest one will come to enjoy playing with our loving staff while you attend church. As babies get a little older, short Bible stories are told in a way they can learn and understand. We will be sure to page you if your child needs any comfort or assistance during service.

Early Childhood:(2yrs-Kinder) Our goal is to reveal the wonder of who God is to preschool and kindergarten children, allowing them to explore, discover, respond, and be blessed in an interactive environment.

Elementary: (1-4th grades) Our hope is to provide a large group/small group time designed to reveal The Big God Story of God’s redemptive plan for elementary-age kids, allowing them to anticipate, celebrate, respond, and be blessed in an participatory environment.

Preteen: (5th & 6th grades) Students spend two years exploring the Bible and grappling the tough questions preteens are asking about their faith and the real-life issues they are dealing with the most. We engage their participation with thought provoking ideas, games, and deep, life-changing Bible lessons.

Safe & Secure Kidz in Epic Kidz

All Children’s Ministry volunteers serving with minors at Epic are required to complete the volunteer application, reference check, background check, and a personal interview.

At check-in for Epic Kidz, you will receive a security label for your child and their belongings. Please keep your security ticket in order to pick up your child after class.

Epic Kidz adheres to safe ratios to ensure each child has the opportunity to experience a happy and God- honoring environment where the Holy Spirit can transform the life of each child. If necessary, a class may be closed in order to uphold our desire for safe and happy classrooms.
